that's why i decided not to bother making a handbrake

i was thinking of buliding a handbrake the other day. the way i was going to do it was tape a stick to my other wheel and put the wheel on the floor. then just set the second wheels steering axis as the handbrake axis. of course this would only work if you had two wheels but you could get a cheap wheel off ebay

or racing the tin tops

you can't use the h-gate shifter on the BF1 or any other single seater, you have to use the paddles or the sequential. so you don't need to build a shifter

i looked at the FOX replay and one of the things i noticed was that you would brake then coast a bit then brake again i think this might be making you slightly slower because when you brake the first time you slowing yourself down when you could be accelerating. if the brakes lock up at 100% braking then reduce the force a bit that should stop them locking up, And to get the power down earlier like somebody else said apply it smoother

maybe if you post a replay we can have a look and tell you what you might be doing wrong

to be honest its a great idea but it needs more thought like somebody said above if you turn your head to look then you wont be looking at the screen, sure you can just move your head a little bit but its not very realistic is it so then whats the point?

erm.. dude i was making the skins, then james12s started making them, now he has left im doing them again we have no need for anybody to do the skins and neon green/grey isn't the theme it was just an idea
